At checkout, you can select your preferred fulfillment method:

• Refrigerated Home Delivery: Shipped direct to your door via our refrigerated courier service (Professional Carriers).

• Farmers Market Pickup: Collect your order in person at one of our upcoming market stalls. Simply select the market pickup option at checkout and choose your preferred market date/location.

Products labeled Market Specials are exclusive limited-run items, fresh bakes, or market-only deals prepared specifically for our market stalls. These items are available strictly for Farmers Market Pickup and cannot be selected for Refrigerated Home Delivery.

If you have a Market Special item in your cart, the home delivery option will be disabled at checkout until that item is removed or set to market pickup.

Because our sourdough crumpets and fresh items are made to order, home delivery dispatch can take up to 10 days from when you place your order. This allows us to bake in set batches to guarantee peak freshness upon arrival.

Within 48 hours of placing your order for home delivery, we’ll contact you via email or SMS with your assigned dispatch and delivery day. On the actual day of delivery, our courier partner will text you directly with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Most of our fresh home delivery orders are shipped via Professional Carriers, a specialised refrigerated courier service. They keep your crumpets cold in transit and typically deliver on the same day your order leaves our bakery.

(Note: For orders containing only non-perishable items, we may use Australia Post. We will let you know in your confirmation if this applies to your order.)

Because our products are perishable, we recommend having someone home to receive them. If you aren't home, the courier will leave your package in a safe, shaded spot. Please transfer your fresh items to the fridge or freezer as soon as you retrieve them.

As soon as your package arrives or after picking them up from the market, pop your crumpets straight into the refrigerator or freezer. Because we bake with fresh ingredients and no unnecessary artificial preservatives, cold storage is essential to keep them fresh.

Yes, absolutely! Our sourdough crumpets freeze exceptionally well. We recommend freezing them on or before the best-before date. You can pop frozen crumpets directly into the toaster - just use a slightly longer or lower setting to heat them through to perfection.

Toast your crumpets in a toaster, air fryer or pan until the bottom is crisp and golden, and the top is warm and soft. Slather liberally with butter (which melts right into the sourdough air pockets!), honey, or your favourite savoury topping while piping hot.
