Made with our sourdough starter, a blend of Woodstock Rosella Wheat and Spitfire Wheat flour, local butter and topped with Black Garlic Salt from Knagwood Garlic! The buns are processed in a traditional lye bath then baked to get that dark crunchy crust and soft chewy crumb!
