Our Coffee Mocha Sourdough Scrolls are made from a fluffy, naturally leavened sweet dough using Sifted Rosella Wheat flour from Woodstock. Each scroll is generously filled with rich dark chocolate bits from Monsieur Truffe, rolled to perfection, baked fresh every morning, and finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa.
Coffee Icing — made with real espresso coffee, roasted just around the corner by Raf’s Coffee, our smooth coffee glaze adds a rich, aromatic finish that perfectly complements the dark chocolate and cocoa.
